In today's guitar lesson we look at why open triads are meant for guitar. This lesson will take us through three songs and how open triads are in many ways more natural to the guitar than closed triads. We look at how we can better understand how visualizing major and minor triads throughout the fretboard can be a lot easier with open triads. More than that, they are simply a beautiful sound that is worth exploring more deeply.
