A quick, personal one today: if you sit for hours doing the same physical
motion — like guitar players do — your muscles and tendons can get pretty locked up over time. I recently tried the Graston Technique, a soft-tissue therapy where a chiropractor or physical therapist uses a metal scraping tool to break up that tightness.

It's not comfortable while it's happening, and you'll likely be a little bruised for a few days after — but it made a real difference for me. If you've got tightness or pain from sitting or repetitive motion, it might be worth looking into with a professional near you.

This is just my own experience, not medical advice — talk to a licensed
chiropractor or physical therapist about whether it's right for you.
