In today's lesson we talk about how to better unlock the fretboard by playing less notes and strings within each shape of CAGED. When we stick to three or four strings, the major and pentatonic scales are easier to memorize. Also, playing less strings frees up some of our fingers, allowing for more chord types with easier fingerings.
