We stopped by the Universal Audio booth at Winter NAMM 2020 for a closer look at the new Apollo Twin X and X4, as well as their big announcement, the LUNA Recording System.

The new Apollo Twin X and X4 desktop audio interfaces are designed for the musician looking to get into the UA ecosystem with high-quality sound in a very portable package. These new interfaces feature Thunderbolt 3 connectivity, elite-class converters and upgraded mic preamps, delivering world class UA sound.

UA’s big announcement for Winter NAMM was their new LUNA Recording System, a complete recording platform that’s deeply integrated with their Apollo and Arrow line-up of Thunderbolt interfaces. In classic UA-style, LUNA offers precise emulations of classic gear including a Neve 1272 and Moog’s Minimoog, as well as the stunning RAVEL piano.
