From The Archives is a series where we unbox historically significant instruments that helped shape our company’s future. In this episode, Paul Reed Smith and Marc Quigley take a look at the two instruments that helped launch PRS. In the 1980’s, Paul used these guitars, known as the “PRS and PRS Custom,” as samples - taking them on the road to secure orders and funding to start his business.
