This guitar lesson is a little different than the ordinary GuitarLessons.com video because there is a challenge for you. It’s called The 100 Scale Challenge. The idea is to build up your endurance, stamina, and scale knowledge by seeing if you can play through a guitar scale 100 times without stopping.

Don’t push through a pain barrier or anything like that. Start with a smaller number if you need to and work your way up to 100. Just look at this as a good way to build up your strength. Make sure to stay relaxed and have fun. This is a great practice point to add to your daily routine. If you keep it up for a week you will definitely notice a difference in your playing.
