Hey guys,

In this weeks video I thought I would bring up the topic of stretching and warming up before you jump into a practice session. About 6 months ago I had about with tendonitis (tenis elbow) in my left arm. At the time I was practicing for several hours a day for a session with no days off. To make things worse I had blown off any kind of stretching because I thought I didn't "Need" it or "Have Time" for it. Man was I wrong. :) Let me know your thoughts, comments, and any other stretching warm ups you may use before you start a practice session.
