Introducing the new Roland TR-8S Rhythm Performer. TR-8S is a modern drum machine that's designed with performance and inspiration in mind.

You can design kits with authentic, circuit-modeled TR drums (TR-808, TR-606, TR-909, TR-707, TR-727), preset or custom samples (loaded via SD card) and effects, all utilizing the latest in Roland's proprietary ACB technology. Real-time control allows you to adjust decay and tuning. You can even alter sample start points, speed, and direction.

With the TR-8S you can create your own evolving patterns. Chainable variations, fills and motion recording will give your creations life. Expanded I/O means you get 8 analog outputs, trigger output, MIDI I/O and USB Audio-MIDI. Even better? There's storage for 128 kits and 128 patterns, each with 8 variations and 3 fills.

The new Roland TR-8S features eight dedicated analog outputs, allowing you to route your drum sounds to individual inputs on your mixer or recording interface. You can also run them to external effects processors including pedals, rack gear and more.
