About Spencer:

Spencer Handley is a nomadic musician and educator. He has been playing the instrument for over 20 years and has performed and taught workshops all around the world. He is the founder of the Guitar Mastery Intensive, a three month intensive program that brings intermediate guitar players to a high level of guitar fluency in a very short period of time by leveraging intelligent training software and the latest research from the neuroscience of learning. We met at Patrecon, a conference hosted by Patreon, where Spencer worked as a software engineer. In this interview, we discuss some of the strategies that he teaches his guitar students to make rapid progress in the practice room.
