Hey guys,
Just thought I would post my daily calisthenic/warm up routine that I go through before any other practicing or learning of songs. I divided it up into two parts. This first part concentrates on the picking hand. I will post the second part, which concentrates on the fretting hand, a little later. Both parts of the routine take about 30 min. all together. Let me know what you think, and post your videos with any other exercises/routines that have helped you. I do this routine about 4-5 times per week, and I find that it really keeps my hands in shape and ready for learning/playing any new stuff :)
