In today's guitar lesson + rhythm tutorial we learn how to play "Lively Up Yourself" by Bob Marley & The Wailers. This song is a wonderful example of incredible groove and rhythm which are incredibly important to cultivate as a musician. We break down how to approach skank rhythm guitar playing which is common in reggae and ska. This song features only two chord and a shuffle or swing rhythm. We also cover the guitar/bass riffs for each section and how to either combine them with the skank part or switch back and forth.
