In this video, Steve Stine demonstrates the tone and features of Bias FX Universal for iPhone by Positive Grid.

This app allows you to create incredibly realistic guitar tones from classic, boutique and must-have guitar amps along with incredible analog sounding pedals and rack effects, all from your phone, and Steve does a walkthrough of the app so you can see how everything works.

This app serves many useful purposes for any guitar player, from having a backup rig at your disposal to the freedom to practice, write, or record anywhere at any time, without having to have your amp and pedalboard with you.

The user interace is simple to use, and if you use Bias Amp on your phone, Bias FX Universal integrates directly into that as well, so you can pull up a boutique amp in Bias FX, send it to Bias Amp to change the tubes, transistors, etc, and then send it right back into BIas FX for the ultimate flexibility in sound. You can also run dual amps to customize the tone just how you want it.

I use the Bias FX Universal Mobile when I am on the road, I just bring a set of headphones and can practice while traveling or in the hotel. I also use this for rehearsals with bands I play with that run everything thru a headphone mix (yes, this happens quite frequently).

I also use this for videos and live sessions I do.
